man im so competitive, when I lose at a game, it ruins my whole fuckin day. yesterday I lost at yahoo euchre and I threw my mouse across the room. I just lose it sometimes, then later on im like, "what the fuck is wrong with me, its only a game". It doesnt matter if it's darts, basketball, warcraft, or fuckin magic the gathering, if i lose I get pissed off and I cant control myself because mind is clouded by anger. I also think this runs in my family, dont know if its hereditary or not.

    anybody else have this problem?

I am known for my temper. But I'm not competitive. My thing is I have terrible road rage, but then again I live in LA so I think this is a normal thing.

I have bad anger problems and I have been in anger management, but it does not help me very much. I have destroyed countless PS2 games and remote controls. And even when watching sports I get mad easily. Like last night I cursed out everything in my path and destroyed my 200 dollar leather computer chair. :(

I can sometimes get frustrated easily, but most of the times it usually depends on if I have masterbated for that day yet.

I don't have much of a temper, it usually takes a lot to really piss me off. The only exception is road rage. For some reason when I get behind the wheel the littlest things make me want to kill someone.

I have a couple of things that drive me absolutely insane, dangerously so sometimes. Some of them are pretty specific to the area i live so they may be nonsense to a lot of y'all.

    1) Chavs
    2) A guy in my college, i hate this person more than i have ever hated anyone...and to make it worse he is trying to pull one of my girlfriends
    3) School kids, now i've left they fucking do my head in
    4) School kids who think they are cool by talking to me like they know me just because they
    a) know my brother
    b) heard about me from their brother/sister (the latter mainly ;))

OH the thing that most annoys me in the entire world : Political correctness! I fucking loathe the entire idea.

aaaarrrrgh i can't go on or keel over in a ball of rage and spit

I do not get angry at games. In fact I hate it when I'm playing a game with a friend and he gets mad at me for dieing..It's pretty stupid and it makes me hate him more. I only get angry at people..very angry. People can make me mad easy, but I try to do other things instead of arguing....Like playing games hahaha

Crazy Carl maybe crazy but he is making a good point. When you hear on the news of serial killers or those who are on mass murder sprees, they are doing in due sexual frustration. They kill for the thrill of it. Some advice for you guys, if you feel you are bout to do something that will end up getting you stressed, frustrated and eventually upset and agressive, think about it what and how you will handle the frustration before hand. If that doesn't help and you are already upset, have something prepared that will allow you to release your anger, don't take your anger out on anything or anyone who doesn't deserve it. You should always have access to a stress reliever, whether it bea punching bag or taking part in a sports activities where you will tire yourself out or even having sex (rough sex). If you don't have access to these stress relievers and you take your anger out on someone, make you explain yourself afterwards, swallow your pride and explain the story and apologize for blowing up on them. Hope this advice helps.

I'm not perfect myself. I explode on furniture, rarely on other people. Slamming doors, throwing remotes across the room and breaking it into pieces, snapping cds into pieces, throwing my watch across the room. My problem is, I take alot of frustrating events and it all builds up and I explode. Some say this occurs with the "going postal" theme, where the quiet postal worker takes abuse for years and years and finally loses it and can't take it anymore, usually they don't lose it in an instance, but prepare the whole process of office muder. It can also occur where you get upset and frustrated during a long day's work and come home and take all your anger out on your wife when she asks you "how you are doing?" If you realize you are getting upset at all the wrong things, things that are not important, try to explain to yourself why you shouldn't get upset and think about what is truly important.

Same here. I worked out that im much more productive if I use my mind rather than to react on my emotions. If I find myself 'miffed' at something I try to resolve it with logic and reasoning.

But bad drivers really piss me off, maybe its because I wont get the chance to confront them and tell them how stupid they are, or maybe its because all it takes is for one stupid idiot who shouldn't be on the roads to knock me off my bike and into the path of the oncoming lorry. Either way I'm more likely to use my horn to demonstrate my anger than I am to warn of my presence.

Horn? You don't have road rage.

One time a guy cut me off and then slammed on the brakes so he wouldn't miss an exit, and I nearly slammed into him. I followed him off the highway and threw a half full Snapple bottle through the open passenger side window trying to nail him in the head. It missed his head but hit the dashboard and soaked him with Peach Iced Tea. Lucky for me, he got scared and took off instead of taking down my plate number and calling the cops. When I calmed down, I couldn't believe what I had done. It was like a different person had done it, and I was in his body when it was happening. Kind of a Jekyl and Hyde kind of thing.

That, my friend, is road rage.

Some kid at school who likes to play jokes on people, well he started spreading a rumor about me having AIDs and everyone knew he was joking so they discounted it, well I saw him the store and tackled him to the floor and beat the shit out of him.

Similar thing happened to me the other day, tit in a car pulled out of a junction without looking. I couldn't stop in time so I had to drive into the middle of the road to evade the car. As I went past I kicked the car with my left foot, I didn't really think about it at the time - I was just so pissed off. It was stupid because kicking the car itself nearly took me off my bike. Hope I left a big bastard of a dent.

Sounds like something I would do. Reminds me of a story too.

I was driving in my car and some old businessman type guy completly cut me off. So I give him the middle digit. He follows me for a while, occasionally trying to pull up next to me. I keep laughing at him and motioning for him to follow. He followed me to my destination, where about 15 of my friends are standing outside. :D He zoomed off in a hurry.

      intense man.

anways a true story involving my bit of road rage was when I was driving on the highway I was being tailgated pretty heavy. I wasnt in a good mood at the time and was getting pissed off then suddently the car pulls to the side and passed me on the right then cut in front of me. I proceeded to give him the finger and I see him looking at his rear view mirror when I did it. Turns out it was a cop in an unmarked car and he pulled to the side, put on his lights, and pulled me over.

well as you can imagine the cop absolutely grilled me, but let me off with just a warning because I think he knew he cut me off. I felt so embarrased about the whole thing that I've never told anyone about this (until now of course) and I havent given anyone the finger since. hah.

      My temper

My temper is in a way complicated yet simple... I have a short temper yet at the same time I don't.

When it comes to dealing with people (real life) I may seem short tempered it is just that I really expect to much out of people... I expect that other people would treat me with the same respect I treat them... and usually it works out fine but when some obnoxious ass hole tries to walk over me because I am polite a courteous to others I have a tad bit of trouble controlling my rage... But really it all comes down to how I am feeling and what the person is doing to piss me off.
