I've have perfected the art of cracking any type of joint. Toes, fingers, elbows, shoulders, the spot where your thigh bone meets your pelvies, kneecaps, neck, back, ankles, wrists. You name it, I've probably cracked it.

Anyway, I hear it's bad for you but I don't believe it because all it is is a CO2 emission from in between your joints. I think what does the damage is the position people put their appendages in to do it.

Maybe this is why you suck at typing? Maybe not. Could just be you can't spell. Just guessing here. Can you crack your own neck? I can't but if you can't either I'll snap it for you. :)

I read this thread cause Stinky AND Shake posted in it... but it still sucks.

Yes, people crack their joints to release air because it makes bones uncomfortable. I have weak knee joints, so I crack them more often.

Well that wasnt as painless as I thought...

I crack my fingers and toes all the time. Anyone who thinks you get arthritis from it is just using excuses 'cause they're too big of a pussy to try it.

Sorry? I would like that translated to conventional English.

Perhaps you meant the phrase "Well! Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black!" with a twist of English sarcasm.

You didn't put it that way though. No, you didn't.

Sometimes when playing the guitar for an extended ammount of time, my chestplate cramps up. So when I finish playing, or feel like taking a break, I pull my shoulders back, and it cracks my chest. It feels wierd as hell, and you can see it shift a little. I'm not too sure if its normal or not, but it's definatly a fun way to make your buds cringe.
