When I was around 10, I was scared shitless of those people that had holes in their throats and talked with a micrphone. The janitor at our school had one and I avoided him as much as possible.....

I was pretty much terrified of anyone with a deformity. 2 guys in particular.
1-This dude worked at the bagel store near my house when I was younger. On his right hand, instead of having normal fingers, he had what looked like 2 big thumbs. They formed a V-shaped lobster-claw-looking thing and he always handed people their change with it. I was kinda scared to eat those bagels cause I knew he touched them.
2-The lumpy man. This guy was COVERED with these wierd lumps, they looked like some kind of boil or cyst or something. His head, face, hands, arms, completely covered in these inch-high lumps. I was scared to even look at him and for some reason every other day I saw him when I walked down the street to go to a friends house or whatever. Scary looking dude.

When I was a kid, I saw a horror film that had some sort of monster (that looked like a pile of shit) come out of the shower. I had a hard time taking a shower for a few years. I would turn on the shower, run like crazy to my room and then slowly return to the shower. It was a crazy ritual I did for a few years.

My God, those people freak me out.

This one time, I was hitting on this chick, and before I knew it, I was in the bedroom porking the poon out of her, and she takes this plug out of her throat and tells me to do the hole in her trachea. I was freaked the shit out. But I fucked her throat anyways.

Intense fear of vomit and vomiting.
A fellow emotophobe, nice to meet you. I'm not a true emetophobe because I don't watch my diet and I can watch people puke, sometimes. It's really more the thought and anxiety of having a proper venue for vomiting than it is the actual vomiting itself. I know it sounds weird, but that's my fear: having a place to vomit if need to. Aw, who am I kidding, I hate vomiting.

I have not vomited for almost 15 years. (knock on wood, spin in a circle 3 times, "hooba-dooba", can can, end with a twist)

I used to be afraid to swallow pills. I couldn't do it, I would almost feel like I would start shaking because I knew I had to do it. For a long time I had to crush them up and put it in something.

I can do it pretty easy now though, got over it somehow.

I have a fear of being on high floors of sky scrapers. I went to the top of the world trade center and had cold sweats and felt like I was gonna faint when I looked out the window. The funny thing is I have no fear of heights, I go cliff jumping often and I have no problem standing on the edge of any height cliff with my toes hanging off the edge. I think it's something about the building being man made. I also have a similar fear of airplanes because theyre man made but it's not as severe.

We are few and far between!

I just hate vomit. Seeing it, watching others throw up, and of course throwing up myself. I even watch my diet, make sure I don't go to bed with a full stomach, and make sure I don't eat before 'major' events. I had $3000 therapy and that helped a lot. The nightmares aren't so cumbersome.

It all started at my 11th birthday.. when my friend was kind enough to vomit, cause everyone else to vomit as well, and even make her mother vomit. It was like a bad game of dominos while I hid in the back room, rocking back and forth and crying.
