I didn't watch the video but I figure I'll defend computer stores for the hell of it. Computer stores have to charge out the fucking ass to make a profit, with places like Bestbuy selling dirt cheap emachine and places like Newegg.com selling everything you need for a computer at staggeringly low prices. People, especially kids are becoming more and more computer sauvy, so those who don't know squat about computers just ask their son or nephew, etc. So when computer stores do get a customer to make it worth their while they charge a number which just seems outrageous.

There's many computer stores by me and you know what they charge for a 120mm fan I can get at newegg.com for $3.99? $21.99.

^Watch the fucking video. All they had to do is push in a cable and that was it.

Props to the store that did it for free.

I work at a Staples store, and we can't even touch a computer without charging for labour. Or else we can get bitched at or fired. So that's why it's so expensive to do minor things that people should figure out by themselves. Those stores don't have the freedom that a local store would have.
