Not too cold, not too hot, yet not warm.

If warm is the colder version of hot... cool is the warmer version of cold.

Does anyone know how long that word has been used? I believe that it stared in the fifties... beatniks... everything was cool- no emotion, very relaxed and "not pressured by the man"

cool just means it's alright or it's fine.... unless you talk about temperature then i agree with whatever you all were talking about above.
