...are annoying me. Ok, first off, people shouldn't trust a mere diet alone to combat weight. They should workout, go outside, go for a run, walk around the neighborhood, wash their cars, hell anything besides sitting down watching TV while stuffing their faces. I mean, have people become this lazy? Also...correct me if I'm wrong...I doubt carbs really have that much impact on people getting fat. The Chinese (as well as other Asian people) and the Italians have been eating foods packed with carbs (rice, noodles, bread) for thousands of years. If you go to Italy or China I doubt that you would see many obese people. And another thing....what the hell is up with all these low-carb foods coming out? There's low-carb orange juice, low-carb peanut butter, hell even low-carb ice cream. I know companies are trying to cash in on this fad but if people really wanted to lose weight they wouldn't eat ice cream period in the first place. Now...what do you people think about this?
