I ran out of graph paper one time and tried to create one with paint. That didn't work out, so I did a search on the internet for graph paper and found this awesome site that has a number of graph papers in printable form. So with this site you will never again run out of graph paper or have to go out and buy graph paper again. This is the link to the site...

Or you could go into either Word (insert table) or Excel, change the column and row height to the exact size you need, and then figure out how many columns and rows make one page. That works, too.
