Donald Rumsfeld is giving the president his daily briefing.

    He concludes by saying:

"Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed in an accident'

"OH DEAR GOD NO!!!" George W. Bush exclaims. "That's terrible!!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as
    president sits, head in hands.

Finally, the President, devastated, looks up and

    "How many is a Brazillion??!"

George Bush isn't that smart, he just has really good "bullshitting" skills. That's how he stole the 2000 election.

No, he's actually quite intelligent (according to his SATs and several IQ tests), but he's not a very good speaker, and his bullshitting skills aren't very good at all. Clinton had VERY good bullshitting skills, and was very intelligent. Bush "stole" the 2000 election because he has friends and supporters in high places. However, he didn't "steal" the 2004, regardless.

That joke was really funny, though.

There's really no need to prove that G. W. Bush is one of the smartest people around, just read the man's statements. Nothing else will ever do him justice:

Now, we talked to Joan Hanover. She and her husband, George, were visiting with us. They are near retirement - retiring - in the process of retiring, meaning they're very smart, active, capable people who are retirement age and are retiring.

For someone who hates him so much, you sure do spend a lot of time looking up his quotes. Typical brainwashed Michael Moore worshipper.

You base his IQ on the fact that he's a poor public speaker? Obviously you're not too smart yourself, although I'm willing to bet you think that you are, and that you'd even make a better president than Bush. Make it into an Ivy League school and get back to us.
