The Velvet Revolver thread has gotten me thinking:In your opinion, What would be the greatest "all-star" band? They can be living or dead.

Lead Vocals: Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), Thom Yorke (Radiohead), and Layne Staley (Alice In Chains)
Guitars: John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), and Jimi Hendrix
    Bass: Les Claypool (Primus)
    Drums: Keith Moon (The Who)

I did a thread like this about a month ago, so I'll change my line up a tad.

    Vocals/Lyrics- Jim Morrison
    Guitar- Tom Morello
    Drums- Neil Peart
Bass- Mozart, I bet he would have kicked ass on the bass.

I don't know what I would name my band, but it would kick ass.

Though I've hopped the fence on this subject many times, this week it is:

    Vocal-Mark Lanegan
    Backing Vocals-Grace Slick
    Guitar-Greg Ginn
Bass- John Paul Jones, or Paul McCartney
    Drums-Bonham

    Weirdest band ever.
