I feel incredibly smart after listening to this, I'm horrible with math and I didn't have one problem understanding what this man was trying to explain.

I had quite a laugh too, the guys sighs were hilarious.

"Oh god.. honestly"

PAPERO SMART!

This guy has way more patience than I would have had with the rep at Verizon, and I tend to have a lot of patience with customer service reps. That's ridiculous.

i've done some pretty stupid things too while working returns, etc. when you work hours doing something its hard to do even the simplest math when youre doing the same routine all day.

Wow.. I read about this, but didn't hear it yet. That guy really was patient, especially considering he had made 2 calls before. It's pretty sad that the experts can be so bad at maths.

All he would've had to say is

Type in .002, now that's CENTS, now multiply by my usage.

Now, that answer has to be in CENTS, it is still CENTS, you put it into DOLLARS.

His constant use of .002 probably confused their small fragile minds, he should have only used it once.

P.S. Does anyone know where this guys actual blog is?
