Heh, hopefully I don't get flamed for this, but I vastly prefer PC gaming to all consoles. By gaming system, hopefully you didn't rule out PC games lest I be a douchebag. :p

If you mean only consoles, then X-Box for me.

I really couldn't give a flying shit. Im more concerned about the games themselves, not the pile of silicon diodes, wires and plastic you use to play them with. Since most games are availible on the PC, id rather have a PC than fork out for several different consoles just because some retarded advert told me to.

Heh, that and I basically have the console games ON my PC, good ol' emulation. :D

I think PC is superior to all three consoles...but my favorite is still PS2. I prefer chillin' on my couch with a controller to sitting at my computer using a keyboard...just relaxes me, and makes it more enjoyable. I also like the game selection on the PS2...I think its the best of all three consoles. Although Xbox's processor is slightly faster, I don't think that its so much faster that it really makes a difference to me. I started out my video game carreer on a TI Basic computer...I'm still thrilled I'm not looking at little squares when I'm playing!

PC bitch. No console can beat it

My problem with PC is to play all the good, new games you gotta keep up with technology. And PCs tend to crash a lot and now a days software doesn't like working unless you have exactly what it wants.

I remember the good ol' days ( Warcraft 1&2, Doom, Quake, Tie-Figher, etc...) where games always worked and you never had to worry about a crash or hardware problem. Also the games kicked good amounts of ass.

What sucks now is the age of my computer, it is too modern to play the classics and too old to play the new games.

My computer never crashes, and I have never had any problem playing a game which demands greater hardware. It depends on your operating system, im using win2000 SP4, and its does everything I ask.

Ahh yes, the good old days of the 386 and 486. I remeber my first PC, an 8086 running at 8MHz with 640k of ram and a 31MB harddrive. Ahh the memories.

Too damn right. Microsoft should include a DOS emulator in Windows so we can run the old DOS programs.

Yeah that's true. My comp is ok for now I guess. I don't play many games right now anyway. I think I might need a new graphics card though. I was having trouble playing the Far Cry demo with the graphics settings up

I think we've had threads similar to this one a few times, but I'll just go ahead and vote X-Box.
